- Reach out to us, text, call, email. Our contact form has all the basic information and is our suggestion for your smoothest transition.
- We gather any additional details we need, and we start a proposal for you. The proposal is not meant to be perfect, but a great starting point to help you understand how your floral dollars are spent.
- If everything is looking on track, we then schedule a design meeting. This is where we gather all the fine detail, make more changes, perfect colors, styles, add budget options, specialty purchases and anything else you need.
- Once you sign off on the proposal, we hold your date, take your deposit, set up payment plan and you are officially on our calendar.
- 90 Days out we like to finalize any design items, details or change you may have. We check with your venue if we need to, arrange our delivery times around your day
- 30 Days out, we like to confirm your guest counts and table numbers.
- 2 Weeks Out, we like to check in…maybe grandma and grandpa can make it, or we need to add table pieces or whatever it may be….we like to make sure every little thing is covered!
